Why do we do this to ourselves? I believe it’s because we see successful entrepreneurs showing up consistently, and we assume their posting frequency is the reason they’re winning.

However, their success isn’t because of how often they post. It’s because they’ve found their natural flow – one that aligns with their energy and intention.

They aren’t posting just for the sake of posting (and because it’s 11 pm and they realized they didn’t post that day). They’re leading with a clear message, an intuitive rhythm, and a strategy that actually works for them. Not because someone told them how often they ‘should’ show up.
