Fast forward to 2023. At a convention, I met a Human Design reader I was instantly drawn to. Something in me knew it was time to give this another chance. This time, she emphasized the importance of having my exact birth time.
That small detail changed everything.
I learned I'm a Generator, and when I learned what that meant, I had never felt so seen, understood or validated in my entire life.
That was the moment I was hooked.
I worked with her for nearly a year, deepening my understanding and completely shifting how I saw myself and how I moved through life and my business. It wasn't always easy, but it was liberating. For the first time, I felt like I was finally living as me.
Still, it kept showing up
My first Human Design reading was a complete bust.
I was introduced to Human Design in 2021 as part of a group mastermind. We were encouraged to pull our charts, but the birth time was brushed off as "not that important". So, I took a guess and my chart pulled me as a Projector.
Initially, I didn't resonate with this energy type. Willing to be open minded, I decided "Maybe I don't connect with this because I've never lived from this perspective. Let me give it a try."
But, instead of clarity, living like something I'm not only lead to resistance and frustration.
So I cast Human Design aside, convinced it was snake oil.
