Meet Real Estate Agent: Tina Romanik
Tina is a creative, kind-hearted, genuine woman who loves fitness, beauty, fashion, travel, and living her best life.
As a real estate agent, she is passionate about providing a guided experience to her clients through buying and selling. For Tina, it’s never about her or her team. (sorry Joey!) It’s all about the families and individuals that need the expertise to get to their next chapter in life.
When Tina isn’t getting to know her clients on a personal level to help them reach their goals, you’ll find her spending quality time with Joey around downtown St Pete, enjoying local restaurants and spending time with family.

Joey is your laid back, cool, calm, and collected guys guy who loves living a healthy lifestyle and fast cars.
He’s the kind of real estate agent that will provide you with an enjoyable, guided experience without all of the stress of wondering what’s going to happen next. Joey loves to get creative by thinking outside the box in his business and change his clients’ lives for the better.
In his downtime, you’ll find Joey working out regularly with friends at CrossFit9. When he’s not spending time with Tina, or working out, you’ll find him enjoying a shared passion of music with his son Gage.
Branding Strategy:
This magnetic duo is hitting the ground running by joining forces as a husband and wife team. As a result, they needed material to revamp their website and social media content to show they are your St Pete Real Estate Team.
During this session, we planned to do modern headshots of Tina and Joey both individually and together. We also included working images, as well as, a few photos to showcase their personality and interests.
It’s important to have a variety of images, no matter what industry you are in. By including images that showcase their personality and interests, we are providing Joey and Tina the opportunity to connect with their ideal client. This also prevents their social media feeds from becoming running commercials for real estate.
