Luisa and Lorelis are your Sweet Magnolia Homes real estate duo helping home buyers and sellers in Tampa, Florida. Even though this duo team is new to real estate, their mission is to be seen as your go-to realtor.
Read on to learn more about these two plus our strategy to help them build their presence online.
Sweet Magnolia Homes Realtor Luisa
Luisa is your friendly, focused, fun realtor who is here to lead you through a pleasant and stress-free experience.
She started her career in real estate as an investor back in 2011. Her love of purchasing homes and transforming them into homes. Her loved for real estate grew into getting her own license and one day, starting her own brokerage company.
Sweet Magnolia Homes Realtor Lorelis
Now that you’ve met Luisa, it’s time to say hello to Lorelis. Lorelis friendly personality allows her to stay positive and help others be happy.
Even though she’s just getting started in real estate, her mission is to go above and beyond for her clients.
Brand Photography Strategy
Sweet Magnolia Homes’s goal is for people to put a face to the name. Kinda hard to do that online without current, genuine photos. Insert this personal brand photography session.
To help Luisa and Lorelis stand out online, we included fun, playful plus professional images. It was important to have different settings to accomplish creating these images.
To do so, we broke their session into two:
First, we started at Philippe Park in Saftey Harbor for updated, modern headshots and group shots. Then we moved to Second Sol Studios in Clearwater to grab some lifestyle images.
Their goal is to build a community, plus inspire and educate their audience. Thanks to creating a strategy, we were able to create images to do exactly that.
