Meet Tampa real estate duo, Danielle and Giovanny. This ambitious, friendly, and thoughtful couple is here to educate people on the whole buying and selling process so they can make the best decision for themselves, with a little guidance, and have a little fun along the way.

Meet Duo Tampa Realtors, Danielle and Gio

When Danielle is not showing homes or negotiating contracts, you can find her outside in nature! She loves animals, plants, gardening, paddle boarding, and the ocean. She’s also a big lover of fashion, vacations, staycations, and brunch with friends and family – can you tell she’s a good time?

Giovanny is the dancer – he loves salsa and nightlife, hanging out with friends, and meeting new people when they’re traveling. He’s also a big family guy – he will do anything for his mami and papi, and he can’t get enough of the babies in their circle!

Danielle and Giovanny strive to provide level 10 service in Tampa real estate, which means not letting clients wait on things. Gio focuses on the back end and Danielle focuses on the front end of the business, making clients feel at ease and excited for this new adventure in homeownership. Danielle even says, “We are there for them every step of the way and even after closing, we want to become the family fiduciary realtor.”

Not only do you get two realtors in one, but also Danielle and Giovanny are 22 years of experience in residential, commercial, and custom homes.  Giovanny sits on the board for the Hillsborough County Planning Commission, so if you need anything done in your home – from painting to plumbing to building the whole house and lenders, they have you covered. Being members of the South Tampa and Ybor Chamber of Commerce gives them access to great connections as well!

Tampa Real Estate Duo Photoshoot Strategy

Danielle felt as though they weren’t using their Instagram account to its fullest ability. It is important for them to show both their fun side and their expertise as professionals in the Tampa real estate industry.

They wanted new images that would not only help them connect with their audience on a more relatable level but also:

• create brand awareness
• grow their community
• convert visitors into customers
• educate their audience.

Our goal for this session was to create engaging photos in and around Tampa that were fun and playful, but relaxed and professional at the same time.

Unfortunately, things don’t always go as planned. We were able to fill the session with their personalities, but the locations didn’t work out as planned. You see, it rained off and on the entire day. So running around Tampa was just not in the cards for us. We executed our backup plan to stay at French Modern the entire shoot and snuck outside between the showers for a variety of backdrops.

A Message from Danielle:

“I had Instagram, but no traction and the photos were just ok. I came across Kimberly’s photos from multiple realtors and not only did her photos look great, but they also looked like they were fun to take.  I knew then I wanted to use her.  I wanted photos that were relatable, showed our personalities, and were different.

Kimberly’s photos were not only good, but they are different and fun.  She taught me it’s OK to be silly and show your true self, and that comes out in her photos.  Every little thing is thought of, from making a Pinterest board of ideas to the brainstorming calls, the locations, outfits, and packing, and finally, the photo day playlist to keep you energized.  I never met a photographer so organized and full of new ideas.  I’ll be a client for life!

If you own a small business and especially want to get into social media marketing, Kimberly is your gal.  She’s silly, smart, and will make you laugh through the whole photoshoot.”

Danielle and Gio ARE SO MUCH FUN!  I loved how open they were to my suggestions and direction but had no problem telling me what didn’t align with their personalities and/or brand vision.  It truly made for an amazing first session. I can’t wait to work with them again so they can keep taking the Tampa real estate world by storm!
