Friends say hello to Florida Real Estate Investor and Interior Designer, Christine Smith. This ambitious, passionate, and sassy woman has a formal degree in Interior Design and truly understands the entire lifecycle of a project – from numbers to finishes, codes, function, resale, etc. She is EXTREMELY detailed oriented and doesn’t like to cut corners, which is why she is working continuing her education and striving for her Building Contractor’s License.
Meet Christine Smith
Christine says, “I am creative with everything, but wrapped up inside a perfectionist’s mind, with a side of a control freak.”
Those that know her best describe Christine as an outgoing introvert. She prefers balance, but she is addicted to her work, as well as building & manifesting her dreams. She loves bourbon (a woman after my own heart), is obsessed with her dogs, and has extremely high expectations in life. (I mean, seriously, we were instant friends)
Ironically, she was in the medical field, dental actually, for about 12 years, before becoming a Florida real estate investor and interior designer. She was lucky enough to have amazing mentors that always encouraged her to go further.
Christine always had a passion for design, being creative, learning, and honing her skill. She grew up with a mother with a great eye and a brother who is quite the contractor. In the end, she changed her degree to Interior Design after finishing all her nursing pre-requisites for nursing school.
Christine fully understands floor plans, codes, electrical, etc. She has been managing construction & house flips for several years now, in addition to a real estate background. When it comes to renovations, she has a truly hands-on experience with the entire lifecycle of the process.
She understands budgets, codes, function, resale, what buyers expect, what inspectors like to point out, etc. Christine also has a knack for invoking a timeless, trendy, & luxurious space all on a tight budget.
Ideally, she would like to share the good, the bad, and the ugly about what it takes in this business of real estate investing. If she can help other investors make those right decisions to help benefit their returns, that makes her day.

Photoshoot Strategy
Christine was looking for personal branding images to use on her website, blog, social media platforms, and mailing materials. It was vital for her to show both her fun and playful side and her expertise as a professional in the Florida real estate investing industry.
She wanted new images that would not only help them connect with her audience on a more relatable level but also:
- showcase her services
- grow her community
- connect with major brands
- educate her audience
It was important during this first session together to create a wide variety of images for her to use. To do so, we started at one of her own renovation projects and finished at her own beautiful home.
When I asked Christine what the goal of our session was, she said, “You have to be uncomfortable to grow. I am growing, and to do that I need to really put myself out there for the world to see.”
A message from Christine:
“I was stalking your Instagram page for at least 9 months and saw how you tailored everyone’s photos to bring out their personality. I am not the one for selfies or posting a ton of photos of myself. I knew you would capture my personality, and this is also what followers want to see. Lord knows I have enough personality to go around…
After receiving my images, I absolutely loved them. Especially the ones after you made me feel so comfortable, and we were having fun. I am very self-conscious of my body, and again, you captured the real me!
Kimberly, you are priceless. I am certainly not comfortable in my own skin, and that is something I need to get over. Your photos gave me that little nudge. I think people are over the highly edited “life” they see on social media. You showcased my personality in such an authentic way, which is so important to me. I pride myself on authenticity. Truly you are priceless.

WOAH. Like seriously reading these words from my client totally took me back in my seat and nearly made me cry. THIS my friend…right here…this is why I do this. You are worthy. You are enough. You don’t have to be amazing to get started…you have to get started to be amazing.
