First time home buyer real estate expert agent, Summer Baker, is taking St Pete by storm. I’m excited to introduce you to this assertive, fun entrepreneur. Also, share with you the passion she has for assisting first time home buyers find the perfect home.

Summer loves connecting with people and holding their hand through the home buying and selling process. It’s important to her for her clients to see not only her friendly side but her master negotiating skills when she goes to bat for them too.
Since most of her clients are a first time home buyer, she’s passionate about educating and inspiring them. Especially since most of them are eager to learn and understand the process.

Summer strives for her clients to feel like she’s a dear friend. She’s so good at this, most of her clients stay in touch and become real-life friends after closing.
“I am a firm believer that taking a genuine interest in other people yields much better results than just trying to make a sale. Watching my clients start a new chapter, whether that’s as a single female, a newly engaged/married couple, a couple who just found out they’re pregnant and are looking to upsize, or whatever particular situation they’re in, I want to serve an influential role in getting them to the next step.” – Summer Baker
There was a lot of ground to cover in this first of Summer’s quarterly sessions. It is important for Summer to grow her community plus inspire and educate her audience, which became the main focus.
Our goal for this session was new headshots, lifestyle, uniqueness, creative process plus a few seasonal images. Hello, pumpkin spice lattes! She also wanted images with Abel (partner in crime) and celebratory photos for bringing in the New Year soon.
Now that we have a base set of images for Summer to grow her brand online, each session going forward can be laser-focused. That’s the beauty of quarterly sessions. They provide you the opportunity to see what her audience wants and needs from her. I’d say Summer is one smart cookie and is well on her way to growing her community.

Having myself portrayed in the best light is crucial since I utilize social media daily and most of my business comes from it.
