Say hello to Sarasota real estate agent Theresa Skrzypkowski. This ambitious, classy, and focused woman works with her husband Ryan to provide a surprise and delight experience for all of their real estate clients, no matter what the price range.

Meet Theresa Skrzypkowski

Beyond her role as a Sarasota real estate agent, Theresa is a mother of 3 children and a wife. She adds, “Giver. doer. perfectionist. Says yes to all the things. Although I give 95% of me to my family I save 5% for myself (working out or journaling, etc.) I am a strong believer in investing in yourself – you can’t pour from an empty cup!“

Theresa and Ryan specialize in luxury sales and want to continue to have team growth by strategically inspiring young aspiring agents to join their team.

Currently, they have grown from a husband and wife team to a team of 12 in a very short period of time. They did this through investing in their systems and processes (both technology & staff) and are set to reach $100 million gross volume in 2021.

They are able to reach this massive, and impressive goal, by providing an environment that allows their agents to only concentrate on what makes them successful. (spoiler alert – writing contracts). Theresa and Ryan take care of the rest.

When I asked Theresa what her end goal was for this shoot, she said:

“We want to inspire young men/ women to be all the things. It is possible to grow a successful business while maintaining a healthy marriage/ happy family. We want to inspire agents that want to take their business to the next level that a HEALTHY/ motivating/ fun team environment is the way to go!“
