Meet My Tampa Home Team Agents: Laurie and Matt

This real estate agent team literally has the sweetest love story I’ve ever heard. (and I was a wedding photographer for nearly 20 years) It’s a love at first sight for both and hearing it from Matt made my heart go to mush.

Laurie tells me that their love story is what most people follow them for on social media. And while she loves sharing their story, she also wants to grow her community online.

You see, family is the most important thing for Laurie and Matt. As Laurie puts it, “my family is my heart and soul”. And her clients become an extension of her family.

Laurie’s goal is to build her My Tampa Home Team with those that are unsure of what steps to take, needs an ally and a valuable resource.  With those who feel so proud and happy of the success at the end.  

What makes Laurie and Matt’s experience so unique is the blend of using modern technology and old-fashioned values. They are in this for the relationships and are absolutely not transactional based.  The fact that their business is 100% repeat clients and direct referrals speaks volumes of the service they provide.

Brand Strategy

Laurie is the face of her business and handles all of the initial client meetings, listing appointments, contract negotiations, etc. Matt is her right-hand man-in life and in business.  Therefore, it was important to capture them as a team, but also some individual images of Laurie.

She wanted to have some modern headshot photos that can be used in more serious marketing pieces. But she truly also wanted more casual and fun branding/lifestyle shots that can be used on social media.

We put together a strategy for her 2 hour session that included images to help her bring awareness to her brand, grow her community and convert visitors into customers.

Now Laurie has a gallery filled with images she can use on her website, social media platforms, even mailings and other marketing materials.

A Message From Laurie:

“I hired a photographer over a year ago to update my headshots to a more modern look.  When I received them I was so disappointed.  They were still not capturing the images and look I was seeking.  I began following several local agents who had used Kimberly’s services and really watched her style and finished product.  It was exactly what I was looking for!
